Due to the handmade and mystery nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, we want you to love your order!

If you experience any issues such as missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right.

Please note:

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or dissatisfaction with random scoop results.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
